Version 1.23: 2026-10-06​

Giving Summaries & Consolidation

  • Giving Summaries: You can now generate non-tax-receipt "Giving Summaries" for contacts or accounts across specific date ranges. These summaries list all eligible opportunities or payments without affecting original receipt statuses.
  • Consolidated Receipts for Recurring Donations: Added a new setting to combine multiple recurring donations into a single annual receipt for a donor, rather than issuing separate receipts for each recurring donation.

Template & Editor Improvements

  • File & Image Selector: Replaced manual image URL copying with a built-in file picker. You can now upload, choose, and manage images directly from Salesforce Files within the Template Editor and Receipt Settings.
  • New Date Format: Added "mmm dd, yyyy" (e.g., Aug 4, 2026).
  • VOID Watermark: Add an English, French, or bilingual VOID watermark that appears on voided receipts.
  • Charity Location Field: Added a Location Issued formula field (City, Province) that can be placed directly into receipt templates.
  • Acknowledgment Templates on Receipting Accounts: Added the option to define specific acknowledgment templates directly on Account receipting details.

Batch Receipts & Printing

  • Table Sorting: You can now sort tables by columns.
  • Large Batch Printing Safeguards: Added filters (All, Issue Date, Donor) to prevent browser freezes when handling high-volume print jobs. If a print batch exceeds safe thresholds, the system prompts you to merge them first.
  • Recurring Donation Batch Filtering: You can now filter recurring donation batch runs by specific contacts, accounts, and calendar years.
  • One-Click Downloads: Streamlined batch receipt workflows with quick single-click downloads.

System Stability & Bug Fixes

  • Apex & Trigger Stability: Resolved backend exceptions that occurred during batch receipt processing and file deletions.
  • Receipt Verification: Added validation to verify that referenced receipt records exist before checking their status, preventing errors on opportunities and payments.
  • Dynamic Settings Cleanup: The "Refresh Indexed Fields" tool is now automatically hidden if index optimization is disabled.

Version 1.22: 2026-04-22​

  • Able to set Recurring Donations, Opportunities, and Payments as “Acknowledgments Only”
  • On Receipt Templates, added option to set the page margin
  • A Batch Receipt Log is created when receipts are set as printed
  • Added report: Receipts in a Batch Receipt Log
  • Resolved when a Dryad Permission Set was added to a custom Permission Set Group

Version 1.21: 2026-04-06​

Major Updates

  • Unified Edition: We have combined the Standard and Premium editions into a single, unified version. All users now have full access to our complete suite of Premium features.
  • TDTM Integration: To ensure better compatibility and performance within the Salesforce ecosystem, payment and receipt triggers have been migrated to the Table-Driven Trigger Management (TDTM) model.

Receipting & Documentation

  • Consolidated Receipting: You can now generate receipts for multiple small donations that individually fall below the minimum amount, provided their combined total meets the threshold.
  • Acknowledgement Receipts: Support has been added for creating non-charitable acknowledgement receipts.
  • Language Preference Mapping: Receipt language settings have been moved to the Contact and Account levels, removing the need to set language on individual Recurring Donations, Opportunities, or Payments.
  • Receipt Status Override: A new field, Receipt Status Override, has been added to the Opportunity object for greater manual control.
  • GAU Visibility: A new field, GAUs with Amounts, is now available to display specific breakdowns per General Accounting Unit.

Template & Batch Improvements

  • Template Design: The Receipt Template footer has been updated to be more visually distinct.
  • Improved Previewing: You can now preview Receipt Templates with or without a specific Receipt ID.
  • Batch Receipt Logs: For better tracking, the system now generates two separate logs during receipt generation: one for receipt records and one for PDF generation.
  • Large Batch Handling: In the Batch Receipts tab, if the number of eligible records exceeds the display limit, users can now view a report of those records.
  • Delivery Validation: The system now confirms the Email Template Id is valid on the receipt before setting the delivery status to "To be Emailed."

Bug Fixes & Enhancements

  • Implemented various minor UI enhancements and addressed several known bugs to improve stability.

Known Issues

  • Permission Set Groups: Currently, adding a Dryad Permission Set to a Permission Set Group does not function as expected.
    • Workaround: Please assign Dryad Permission Sets directly to users.
    • Note: A fix for this is scheduled for the next release.

Version 1.20: 2026-02-23​

  • Enabled SOQL optimization using indexed fields (optional feature)
  • Introduced App Utilities to create missing .pdfs and refresh indexed fields
  • Increased number of displayed columns in the data table from 6 to 8
  • Prevent the scheduled job from running when already performing a batch receipt action

Receipting & Templates

  • Amazon SES Integration: Added support for Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for batch receipts, allowing users to bypass the Salesforce 5,000 daily email limit.
  • Template Validation: Added validation logic to ensure receipt template integrity.
  • Number Formatting: Enabled configurable zero-padding for receipt numbers (e.g., converting "93" to "RCPT-00093").
  • Batch Logic: Updated date options when creating a single receipt for multiple opportunities.

Template Design Enhancements

  • Added support for A4 page size and text color.
  • Introduced new line styles (thin, thick, dashed).
  • Enabled support for accented characters.

Data Management & Logic

  • Recurring Donations: Updated eligibility logic to use Date Established rather than Start Date.
  • New "Do Not Receipt" Option: Added a control flag to both Contact and Account records to prevent receipt generation.
  • Data Quality: Enabled validation for email address formats.

System & Administration

  • Batch Receipt Logs: Always create two logs when generating receipts. 1 for the receipts, 1 for the .pdfs
  • Permissions: Added support for Dryad permission sets within custom permission set groups.
  • General: Implemented minor bug fixes and performance enhancements.
