Email Recipient Fields

Object API name: dryad__Email_Recipient__c

An Email Recipient is one receipt in a Dryad Mailer send: which receipt goes to whom, and what happened to that email. Its tracking flags are updated by the Email Events that Amazon SES reports. Email Recipients are used only with Dryad Mailer. See Emailing: Salesforce or Dryad Mailer.

How to read the field tables: the Field column shows the label you see on screen, with the field's API name (the name used by admins, reports and integrations) underneath it. The Data Type column uses Salesforce's own terms. A type that starts with "Formula" is calculated automatically and can't be edited.

Recipient

Email dryad__Email__c	Lookup (Email)	The send this recipient belongs to.
Receipt dryad__Receipt__c	Lookup (Receipt)	The receipt being sent.
Recipient dryad__Recipient__c	Lookup (Contact)	The Contact receiving the email.
Recipient Email dryad__Recipient_Email__c	Formula (Text)	The recipient's email address, taken from their Contact record.
Email Template Id dryad__Email_Template_Id__c	Text	The email template used for the message.

Delivery Tracking

Field	Data Type	Purpose
Status dryad__Status__c	Picklist	"Ready", "Sent" or "Failed".
Delivered dryad__Delivered__c	Checkbox	Ticked when the email reaches the recipient's mail server.
Opened dryad__Opened__c	Checkbox	Ticked when the recipient opens the email.
Soft Bounce dryad__Soft_Bounce__c	Checkbox	Ticked when delivery failed temporarily, for example because the mailbox was full. It can be retried.
Hard Bounce dryad__Hard_Bounce__c	Checkbox	Ticked when delivery failed permanently (the address doesn't exist) or the recipient marked the email as spam. It shouldn't be retried.
Error Message dryad__Error_Message__c	Long Text Area	Details if sending failed.
